⁠Here at Sentenac House....we are ALL about communication and process.

Nohea comes from a corporate background with experience operating businesses with many moving parts. Seamless process is second nature! And communication is a huge part of that.

Here is how we use process to build trust with our clients.

1. Communication

Every step of the process is communicated with the client from before you even sign the contract.

We also send consistent project updates - with weekly status emails on Fridays, post-meeting/call recaps, and meetings pre-scheduled for every key phase of the project.

2. Documentation

EVERYTHING we do is documented. From our client interaction log with notes from every one of our calls, our log of all the contact info of anyone on the project, and the handover packet with all the info you will need about your new pieces including warranties and spec sheets...you will NOT be lacking information when you work with us!

3. Professionalism

Coming from corporate America, professionalism is absolutely second nature. We are fully customer-centric and put your needs at the forefront of everything we do. If we didn’t have you, we wouldn’t exist!
