Design Intent
The goal of this project was to reimagine the home as a high-end, guest-ready Airbnb that feels cohesive from room to room. Every design decision prioritized:

An aesthetic that pays ode to Arizona
Spaces that photograph beautifully and function effortlessly
The result is an interior that feels elevated yet approachable—supporting rest, gathering, entertainment, and memorable guest experiences.
The Transformation
Before the renovation, the home featured unfinished or minimally styled spaces that lacked identity, cohesion, and functionality for short-term rental use. Entertainment areas felt incomplete, bedrooms lacked warmth and intention, and common spaces missed opportunities to create moments of impact.
Through a full interior redesign, the home was transformed into a fully realized Airbnb property with a clear purpose in every room.
