The entry sets the tone — warm wood textures, sculptural lighting, and clean-lined accents welcome you home. We created this harlequin floor from 12×24 tiles. A typical harlequin floor is a little more “glam”, so we used an earthier tile to create the look and keep it grounded in the natural desert vibes we wanted to maintain.

The dining room features soft curves, matte metals, and earthy textures — inviting and intimate. These cozy velvet chairs, the reeded base of the walnut dining table, the curvature of the credenza, and of course the vintage record player take you into a modern Parisian dinner party.

A calm, intuitive space. White oak cabinetry, Taj Mahal quartzite counters, organic mixed metals, a roman clay hood, zellige tile backsplash and timeless materials ground the space, while we opted to elevate the look with a quartzite apron and range splash/ledge, dainty unexpected lighting, a quarterline shaker cabinet face, and all knobs instead of pulls.

This cozy space centers around comfort — plush seating, layered textiles, and sculptural forms create an effortless but luxurious calm. We needed lots of seating here, so we mixed and matched many types - from a matching boucle sofa and swivel chairs, to storage ottomans and a velvet bench. We grounded the space with a traditional rug and a roman clay fireplace, and played with scale with an oversized marble and white oak coffee table and large chandelier.

A serene escape designed for rest and renewal. The Maison 1975 bedrooms pair warm tones, layered linens, and sculptural lighting to create a peaceful, lived-in feel. Soft textures and minimal detailing bring this sanctuary to life. Our goal was to make it seem like you’re sleeping in a high end hotel.
