How It Works
Fill Out the Application
The pre-consultation questionnaire asks about your project scope, budget, timeline, and design preferences. This isn't a form — it's the beginning of the conversation. We use your responses to determine if we're the right fit for your project.
We Review & Respond
A member of our team reads every application. If your project aligns with our scope (Signature, Studio Edit, or Junior Studio) and meets our minimums, we'll reach out within 1-2 business days with a link to schedule a 45-minute Zoom call with Nohea.
Discovery Call with Nohea
On this call, we'll discuss your project in detail, walk through our process, and determine if Sentenac House is the right atelier for your home. If we're both aligned, you'll receive a fee proposal within 48 hours.
Are We a Fit?

That's our test. If the answer is yes — if you value custom craftsmanship, collected materials, and deeply personal details over one-click luxury — we should talk. If you're looking for fast, formulaic, or trend-driven design, we're not the right atelier for your home.
