This Rocky Point Mexico new build was designed to capture the timeless character of Spanish Colonial interiors and traditional Mexican hacienda architecture while embracing its beachfront location. The home blends handcrafted materials, warm terracotta textures, rustic woods, and bronze iron detailing to create a residence that feels both authentic and inviting.
Large windows, French doors, and multiple balconies were intentionally incorporated to maximize natural light and ocean views, creating a seamless connection between the interior living spaces and the surrounding coastal landscape.

This open-concept Great Room maximizes the "beachfront living" philosophy by flooding the space with natural light.
The Ceiling: Massive, rustic natural wood beams run the length of the room, grounding the high ceilings and adding a sense of age.
Fireplace & Accent Wall: A floor-to-ceiling textured stone fireplace serves as the anchor, featuring a chunky timber mantel and a minimalist circular mirror.
Dining Space: The transition is marked by a heavy-set dark wood dining table with a unique circular pedestal base, illuminated by oversized matte black conical pendants.
Furniture & Decor: Creamy white sofas are accented with vibrant emerald green pillows, echoing the coastal greenery outside. Arched French doors with black metal frames provide a seamless path to the beach.
Master Bedroom
The bedroom is a masterclass in "Hacienda Chic," leaning into darker, more romantic tones.
The Bed: A majestic four-poster spindle bed in a dark ebony finish commands the center of the room.
Wall Treatments: Behind the bed, a dark wood-paneled wall adds a layer of masculine sophistication and acoustic warmth.
Fireplace & Seating: The room features its own private stone fireplace and a built-in window bench topped with cream cushions and teal accents.
Art & Details: Large-scale heron prints add a coastal touch, while the glass-fronted walk-in closet with internal LED lighting showcases the home’s modern luxury.
