Maison
1975.
A 1975 home in Scottsdale we kept the bones of and rebuilt the soul of.
A 1975 home in Scottsdale we kept the bones of and rebuilt the soul of.
The brief was to reimagine the entire house while honoring what was already there — the proportions, the era, respect for the area it sits in — and let the renovation feel like the home had simply grown into itself. Every inch was touched. Nothing was rushed.
The kitchen was moved and reimagined. Five unique bedrooms, each given its own posture. Added two full bathrooms where the kitchen was, layered with their own material stories. We built an outdoor wellness retreat and a lazy river on the pool, along with a pickleball court and outdoor activities.
The palette is intentional: layered neutrals in the areas that need to age, and “wow” factor contrast in the other areas.
